General Terms and Conditions of Rental

Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before the start of your rental. No deposit is required. However, an identity document such as a passport or driver's licence must be handed over at the start of the rental, or alternatively a cash security of €500, which will be returned at the end of the rental.

I understand and accept that the 72-hour cancellation policy is final and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including flight cancellations, travel disruptions, inability to reach my destination, or a personal decision not to attend.

I acknowledge that requesting a refund by email or through any other means does not override or invalidate this policy. I am content on accepting a 72 hour cancelation.
