Insurance is not included in the standard day rate. Optional insurance can be added for €9 per person per day. This reduces the damage deductible to €250 in case of any incident involving the bike.

No deposit is required to rent an electric bike. However, an identity document such as a passport or driver's licence must be handed over at the start of the rental. If you prefer not to leave an identity document, a cash security of €500 can be provided instead, which will be returned at the end of the rental.
